I had the please of working with mother and son, Delvina and Marc, on the purchase of a home in Mascot, TN. Marc first contacted me seeking a place to rent. After an exhaustive search, we were not able to find anywhere that would accept his pet. I asked him if he had considered making a purchase and he didn't think he would qualify. But guess what? He did qualify. We found him a great home that was built in 2017 that was perfect for him and his mother (and his pet).

Congratulations Marc and Delvina!
